Logging site firebreak cutting is a set of tasks including logging site inspection, cutting border trenches and making sketches. Valid forest inventory is required to perform firebreak cutting.

Firebreak cutting must be performed for the following types of logging sites:

• clear cutting sites,
• sanitary clear cutting sites.

The time required to provide the service is 2 to 15 working days. The service is available anywhere in Latvia.
